Features and improvements

Core modules

Dashboard. Previously, work orders with negative star feedback (★ or ★★) were automatically moved back to the In Progress/Unsatisfactory status. As you requested, we have added an option to keep such orders in their previous status. In the dashboard settings, open the Feedback tab. Use the Change status to In Progress/Unsatisfactory for Negative Star Rating checkbox to toggle this option.

MLP. Final approvers in the MLP (multi-level proposals) hierarchy, when approving via email a proposal that wasn’t associated with any work order, got an error message about the inability of processing the proposal from the email. The updated message contains the login link for the approver to associate the proposal with a new or existing WO before approving it.

Bug fixes

Core modules

Planned Maintenance. When you viewed PM locations, the Assets tab showed you the wrong number of assets associated with the PM service, displaying both active and deactivated assets. From now on, you see only active assets there.

Work Orders. Once a provider declined a service request via email, the decline message didn't appear in the Work Order Notes window. We've figured this out so that you see the provider's reply.

Add-on modules

Inventory Manager. In the Parts Usage History report, the User column that should display usernames occasionally showed user IDs. Also, IDs were disclosed in downloadable Excel reports. We have fixed the issue, and you will see only the usernames.
