Hello!

Data Direct March 2024 release is now live. Below is the list of changes.  

Features and Improvements

  • The ProviderId field is added to the following tables: workorder_ivr and workorder_labor_performed.
  • The following new fields is now available in the workorder_notes table: ActionRequiredResolvedStatusId, ActionRequiredResolvedStatusName,  ActionRequiredResolvedDate, and ActionRequiredResolvedByUserId.
  • Bugfix to avoid duplicate record inserts to audit_check_list_item table & audit_issue_attachment tables. A data fix has been applied to remove existing duplicate records.

The above changes will also be updated in the latest ERD diagram and on our Data Direct page.
