Work Orders. When reassigning a work order, you can add photos and videos together with a note. You can also specify if any action is required by setting the toggle to Yes.
Bug fixes
Work Orders. The WO details screen didn’t show the Asset field when no asset was associated with this work order. We’ve added the field. Now you can add a new asset if you are allowed to per Asset Rules in Asset Manager.
Work Orders. When creating a work order, those who had Global Fields set in their issue list got stuck because there were no options to choose from, and the fields were not editable. It’s not the case anymore.
Work Orders. Changing your answers to the Global Field questions didn’t update them on the work order summary screen. Now, when you get back to update the Global Field information and then proceed to the WO summary screen, your changes are displayed there.
