Core modules
Asset Manager. When you opted to see 20, 50, or 100 assets per page, switched to another module, or refreshed the page, and then returned to Asset Manager, the system ignored your previous choice and displayed the default number of 10 assets. With this update, you will see as many assets per page as you selected last time.
Planned Maintenance. Previously, when you wanted to generate a PM report, you could find the Include unassigned locations checkbox at the bottom of the overlay. We've lifted this box to the top since many of you find it essential. Now, you can quickly find the checkbox and add unassigned locations to your PM report.
Work Orders. We have added the location region and district information to new note emails so that you locate the order right away.

Bug fixes
Core modules
Dashboard. When there were no providers assigned to the location and trade of the work order you were trying to create, you couldn’t submit that work order and were misled by an error message. We’ve updated the message so that you know what prevents you from creating your service request.
Invoices. Batched by specific criteria, invoices couldn’t be approved in bulk. You don’t get errors anymore and can approve your invoices en masse.
Proposals. After you approved proposals via the ServiceChannel Mobile app, alerts about this event were emailed to the wrong addresses, ignoring the provider’s dispatch preferences for proposal alerts. Dispatch preferences are not neglected anymore.
Work Orders. Every time you added a work order note from the WO details page, the error message appeared even though the note was added successfully. We have fixed this issue.
Work Orders. In the Japanese version of the system, you were unable to scroll down the addressees' list when adding a work order note. Now, this issue is eliminated, and the scrolling option is available.
Work Orders. Some of you may have noticed that All Calls (Long Format) Excel Reports got downloaded with a blank Problem Description column. We have fixed this issue. Now, the reports provide you with all work order details available.
Work Orders. When a work order was assigned to a technician via the auto-assignment process, the work order email alert came without the problem description. Now, the issue is fixed, and your technicians will see problem descriptions in their alerts.
Add-on modules
Projects. RFP tasks created from the Projects module kept being sent to the wrong email addresses. We’ve handled the issue. Providers now receive email alerts about new requests for proposal (RFPs) tasks to the email addresses specified in their Dispatch Preferences.
ServiceNow. Some of you might have got a PO number error when submitting a service request in ServiceNow, especially using the mobile app. The data on the ServiceNow side didn’t always sync on time with ServiceChannel, which caused the error. Now, it’s automatically synced after you open or submit a work order.
Supply Manager. When a supply order was approved via email, the system stopped adding notes that showed who performed the action. We’ve fixed the issue. Notes about approved supply orders are back with the email address of the approver.
