Responding to a Checklist

Responses can be added from the work order for a checklist. This is another option to ensure checklist questions are being answered. It also supports technicians who are checking in and out of a work order with IVR and need assistance with the checklist. The responses are immediately posted and available for you and the client. You can also modify the responses to the checklist.


⦿ How to Enter Responses for a Checklist from a Work Order
  1. Locate a work order and click the View Details button to open the work order details
  2. Click the Checklist link to open the Checklist details
  3. Click Add Checklist Response button to open the modal

Modifying Checklist Responses

Responses can be edited while the work order is still In-Progress. This allows you to make updates or correct any potential mistakes during the initial response.

  3. Click the Edit link to open the responses
  4. Modify the responses
  5. Click the Save button to update and add the responses
