Communicating with Individuals and Companies Connected to a Work Order via Active Hyperlinks

In the Work Order Details View, there are several active hyperlinks that can be used to contact those associated with a particular work order. Active Hyperlinks are available in the work order’s header and if enabled and configured, the Location Notes section. To use these links, users must have an email client and VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol, also called IP telephony) client installed on their device. Once clicked, the appropriate application will launch.
