Providing Feedback through Email
When the provider finishes the work, the Star Rating feature sends an email for you to simply click the star rating link and rate the provider services without logging in to the dashboard. This is easier for you if you are out of the office, traveling, or don’t have easy access to the computer, so you can quickly give feedback to the provider for their services.
⦿ How to provide Feedback through Email without Login to the Dashboard
- In the email, click the start rating link for the desired work order, the provider reviews star rating page appears.
- Indicate whether the work order is completed to specifications.
- Give the star ratings to the performance.
- Answer the additional questions (custom questions) to provide a further evaluation on the work order completion.
- Provide additional comments if needed.
