Network Comparison
Network Comparison Tab brings a new level of insight to your Contractor Scorecard experience by letting you compare contractor performance across your entire network—by state, region, trade, and location note header. This helps you quickly spot areas of strength and opportunities for improvement, so you can focus your attention where it matters most.

Navigating the Network Comparison Dashboard
- Filters - Traditional looker filters that will change with every tab to only include the most relevant information for each type of report and help you filter for the most meaningful data. Pay attention as some look similar, but actually do have filters different from previous pages.
- Tabs - Click on each to tab to view data grouped by:
- Overall: See a summary of performance metrics across your network.
- By Region: Compare performance by geographic region.
- By Trade: Drill into performance by trade.
- By Location Note Header : Get granular with location-level insights.
- Scores - Scores are displayed by Overall Score for each performance KPI. Scroll down and each KPI will be broken down further into a table, displaying all performance KPI criteria.

See a summary of your network on one dashboard.
Filters

Provider Name: You can filter for a singular provider for a review or compare several providers.
Primary Trade: Search for providers by one trade or several similar trades to get insight on trade specific performance.
- State: Select a US state.
Market (US): Search for providers in Core Based Statistical Areas (CBSA). CBSAs are geographic regions defined by the US Office of Management and Budget that are anchored around urban centers of 10,000+ people along with adjacent counties that have strong social and economic ties to the urban center. This allows you to get a true comparison of provider performance, particularly around cost and speed, as the environment is more similar in that area. For example, if you compared cost for providers in Dallas, TX, you get a more accurate picture comparing them amongst each other than if you compared Dallas providers to Fredericksburg, TX providers.
Work Completion Date: Default state is 36 complete months. You can filter to whatever date range suits your purpose. You can not go beyond 36 months.
Location: Filter for work performed at certain locations.
Location Note Header Name: Use this to filter out certain locations to keep from skewing data.
Location Note Header Value: Use this to filter out certain locations to keep from skewing data.
Brand: Filter for certain brands in your portfolio.
Company Name: Filter for certain companies in your portfolio.

Overall Scores show repair KPI averages. Just like on the Repair KPI dashboard, you can drill into the scores and view the attached work orders.
- Click on the overall score and a window will pop up.
- Click Show All. A table will pop up with work order information and scores associated with KPI. Sort the table to view the most relevant data to you.

KPI Details Tables
All four KPI overall scores are broken down over four tables. As you use the main filters at the top of the dashboard, the overall data will become more specific.

You can view work orders associated with each score.
- Click on the score on the KPI you would like to drill into and a window will pop up.
- Choose from:
- All - Shows both Compliant and Non-Compliant work orders
- Compliant - Shows only Compliant work orders
- Non-Compliant - Shows only Non-Compliant work orders.
By Region
Compare performance by geographic region on the By Region tab. Use the Location Division filter to drill into region specific information.

- Location Division: Filter by Region, District, or State.
Scores
Overall scores are listed in a table with data points for: Repair Invoice Count, Repair WO Count, Maintenance WO Count, Speed Score, Quality Score, Price Score, and Maintenance Score. The Location Division column will show the data based off the filter type you choose under the Location Division Filter: Region, District or State. In this example, we've filtered for State.

- Click on the desired data point and a window will pop up with the table of data for Repair Invoice Count, Repair WO Count, and Maintenance WO count.
- For Speed Score, Quality Score, Price Score, and Maintenance score, an Explore window will pop up. Click Show All. A table will pop up with work order information and scores associated with KPI and region you've filtered to. Sort the table to view the most relevant data to you.
