Customizing SC Mobile Profile

Customize your mobile experience through your profile. Only view modules that are important to you and choose the order in which you wish to see them. You can also set custom alerts for when a contractor checks in and out. All of your helpful links are now located here.
Modifying the Module Order on Your Home Screen
- Tap on the Profile icon in the top right hand corner from the home screen.
- Tap Edit Home Screen.
To change the order of how the module appear, tap and drag them up and down. The new order will appear on the Home Screen.
Hiding Modules on Your Home Screen
- Tap on the Profile icon in the top right hand corner from the home screen.
- Select Edit Home Screen.
To hide a module so it won't appear on the Home Screen, tap on the eye. You will now see an eye with a line slashed through it to signify it will not be shown on the Home Screen.
To view the modules again, tap on the slashed eyes.
Alerts
In SC Mobile, you can set alerts to get notified about technicians' check-ins and check-outs. This is beneficial so you are aware of any changes or updates as soon as they occur. Your can receive push notifications, email notifications, or both.
If you are using Site Access and want to verify technicians or scan their badges, you can turn on the check-in alert to stay in the know when exactly specific technicians arrive on-site. See Site Access for SC Mobile for more information.
You can only configure alerts for one location at a time.
- Tap on the Profile icon in the top right hand corner from the home screen.
- Tap on Alerts.
- Tap + Set an Alert to locate your desired location, and then tap the location. The list of configurable alerts appears.
- Choose for which events you want to enable alerts.
- Check-ins - decide how you want to be notified by toggling on:
- Push Notification
- Email
Check-outs - decide how frequently you would like to be notified – for any work order status, or minimize alerts by toggling on Only for Completed WOs.
Due to the potential volume of daily work order alerts, receiving alerts for each one could be very difficult to manage. You can use the Only for Completed Work Orders toggle to help manage alerts. This is used when you only want to receive an alert that a work order is in Completed status. Having the toggle on informs you that each check out alert indicates a work order has been finalized.
- Select how you want to be notified by toggling on:
- Push Notification
Email
- Check-ins - decide how you want to be notified by toggling on:
- Tap I’m Done, Save. The selected location appears on the Notifications screen.
- Tap on the Profile icon in the top right hand corner from the home screen.
- Tap on the Profile icon in the top right hand corner from the home screen.
- Tap on Alerts.
Tap the x icon to the right of the desired location. The selected location is removed from the list, and you will no longer receive alerts.
You will not receive a warning message when you tap on the x. So once you tap, that alert is deleted. So watch your fast fingers!
