Modifying Survey Questions

You might want to tweak your survey questions for various reasons. You can do this from the Survey Questions tab.

⦿ How to Modify Survey Questions

Click on Edit under the Actions column for the question you would like to edit.
Modify the relevant details on the General section of Add Question modal and click Next.
or
If you realized you chose the wrong question or did not want to modify the question, click Cancel and the question will remain unchanged.
Add or remove locations from the Locations section of the Add Question modal.
Click Save.

Disabling and Re-enabling Survey Questions

You can temporarily disable a question without deleting the question. You can disable for all locations previously assigned by checking the Disable Question box or remove for only a few locations by unchecking them on the locations section. You can also re-enable the questions. You will find the steps for disabling and re-enabling for each scenario in the same "How to" section.

Disable for All Locations Associated with the Survey Question

⦿ How to Disable a Survey Question for All Assigned Locations

Click on Edit under the Actions column for the question you would like to disable.
Check the box Disable Question.
Click Next.
or
If you realized you chose the wrong question or did not want to disable the question, click Cancel and the question will remain unchanged.
Don't change any locations on the Locations section.
Click Save.

The question will now show up as grey.

To re-enable a question:

Click on Edit under the Actions column for the question you would like to re-enable.
Deselect the Disable Question box.
Click Next.
Click Save.

Removing or Disabling Locations from a Survey Question

You might want to temporarily or long term remove a location(s) from a survey question. You will approach this differently and will not use the Disable Question checkbox.

⦿ How to Disable a Survey Question for a Few Locations

Click on Edit under the Actions column for the question you would like to disable for a few locations.
Click Next to go to the Locations section.
or
If you realized you chose the wrong question or did not want to disable the question, click Cancel and the question will remain unchanged.
Deselect the locations with which you wish to no longer associate the survey question.
Click Save.

To re-enable a question for a location(s):

Click on Edit under the Actions column for the question you would like to re-enable for a few locations.
Click Next to go to the Locations section.
Check the desired locations you'd like to re-enable.
Click Save.

Deleting Survey Questions

⦿ How to Delete Survey Questions

Click on Delete to permanently delete the survey question. The Delete Question pop up will appear.
Click Apply to proceed with deleting the question.
Or
Click Cancel to keep the question.

Pulling Survey Reports

To view the results of your surveys, go to the Survey Report tab and pull a report.

⦿ How to Pull a Survey Report

Select the date range you wish to query.
Click Export.
