Under the Survey Questions tab of Admin-survey, get started by adding and and configuring your surveys.

Adding Survey Questions

To gather the best feedback about the quality of work performed, add in targeted survey questions. Consider which trades, categories, priorities, and providers a specific question might pertain to – some might pertain to all. Be mindful of how many questions might show up in a work order. Shorter and succincter surveys tend to lead towards better data collection.

⦿ How to Add a Survey Question

Click on Add Question button and the Add Question modal pops up.
Write your question in the Question field. The respondent will be answering the question on a Likert scale: Strongly Agree, Agree, Neither Agree or Disagree/NA, Disagree, and Strongly Disagree.
Choose when this specific question should be surveyed by deciding on which Trade, Category, Priority, and Provider. You can select all, multiple, or a singular option.
Click Next and the Locations modal pops up.
1. 1. Section 1 allows you the option (not mandatory) to filter for specific locations by the following criteria:
    1. Location ID
    2. Name
    3. Address
    4. Country
    5. State
    6. City
    7. Region
    8. District
    9. Location Note Header Type
    10. Location Note Header Name
  2. Section 2 displays all the location results from your filtered search or displays all locations by default.
  3. Section 3 navigation buttons.
    1. Click Cancel to exit out of adding a question.
      
      Clicking Cancel will delete any data you input.
    2. Click Back to return to the Add Question pop up.
    3. Click Save when you are ready to save your question.
Choose all applicable locations by checking the box next to the location name.
Click Save.

Your newly added question will show up in the Survey Questions tab.
