Adding a Checklist per Asset

Adding a Checklist per Asset

When creating or modifying a checklist, there is the ability to connect the checklist to an asset or assets associated on a work order. Whether a single asset on a repair work order for a Standard Checklist or multiple assets on a Planned Maintenance Checklist work order, the checklist can be used so that an individual asset receives its own question(s) to be answered during the check-in and/or check-out process. By implementing a Checklist per Asset, this allows for assets to receive additional attention, ensuring the work performed by the technician is accurate, and minimizing potential mistakes and missteps.

Associating Assets and Asset Types

When a specific trade(s) is selected for the checklist, the asset type drop-down presents a list of asset types that are connected to that trade. You may select a specific asset type or all asset types when choosing.
