Reviewing the Resubmitted Rates

If you have rejected the rate card, the provider makes the changes to the rate card and can send it back to you for review. 

⦿ How to Review the Resubmitted Rates
  1. Open the rate card.
  2. Select Not Reviewed to filter to ONLY the ones that need to be reviewed.

    When selecting the Not Reviewed filter, this will only show you the items that need to be reviewed.

  3. Follow the same process to Accept or Reject the rates.

    The rates go into effect on the Effective as of date, not the date when they are approved.
