Connecting PM Frequencies to the Contract

Contracted services module allows you to track the bunches of frequencies assigned to one provider by linking them to the specific contract. 

⦿ How to Connect the PM Frequencies to the Contract
  1. In the hamburger menu, click the Contracted Services section. The Contracted Services page opens.
  2. Choose the contract.
  3. Click the View Detail button next to the contract.
    For example, we choose the “Floor cleaning” contract.

    This action will show you detailed information about the contract. Here you can:

    • Observe all PM frequencies connected to the contract.
    • View all work orders created under the contract.
    • Add new PM frequencies.Detailed information about the contract
  4. Click Add to link a new service.

    Once you click the button, you will be sent to the PM services page. The next step is linking.

  5. Find the service you want to add.
  6. Click the Frequencies action to be sent to the Frequency list.

    You can connect either existing frequencies or add new ones. In the example below, we connect the existing frequency.
  7. Click the Edit action. Editing the frequencyYou will see the Edit frequency overlay.

  8. Select the necessary contract from the Contract ID drop-down list.

    Make sure the frequency you want to connect has the dates, provider name, trade, and category that coincide with those in the contract. Otherwise, the system will not show the necessary contract.

    For example, our contract starts on October 03, 2021 and ends on March 31, 2022, the assigned provider is“IFixxServices”, chosen trade is“Flooring”, and category is “Maintenance”.
    If you want to connect the “Floor cleaning” frequency, check that the dates are included in the period of the contract, and the trade and category of the frequency are the same as in the contract.

Once you have connected the frequency to the contract, the frequency appears on the scheduled services page.

Editing PM Frequencies on a Contract

You can Edit the PM frequencies from the Scheduled Services section.

You can also Remove the PM frequency from the list. Once removed, you will no longer see it in the Scheduled Services, but you can access it from the PM module.

You can access the necessary frequencies directly from the Scheduled Services page.

Clicking the number under PM frequency ID, you will be sent to the PM Locations list linked with the selected contract.
