Work Orders. For those of you who log in with a PIN, we now display “Me” instead of your name in the Technician field on the WO details screen. Should there be more techs assigned to the same WO, you see their names as well.

General. Next time you submit a support ticket via Help on the home screen, we’ll show you a message confirming your ticket has been successfully sent. Apologies for not sending this alert before.

Work Orders. Techs from China couldn’t check in or out of a work order in some cases. The app threw an error saying they were outside the location GPS coordinates even when they were within the radius. The geolocation issue has been solved.
