Dashboard. Want to jump directly to the Convert Issue List tab in the dashboard? Press I, followed by L, on your keyboard right after you log into Service Automation.

General. For security reasons, Service Automation no longer remembers and autocompletes your passwords.

QuickView. Some of you couldn’t add a work order report to QuickView because the maximum number of reports in the QuickView settings defaulted to 0 instead of 6.

Work Orders. After you edited the scheduled date for a batch of WOs, the scheduled time changed as well.

Work Orders. Searching for a WO by PO number didn’t work on the new WOs list. We've fixed it.
