Features and improvements
Work Orders. For WOs created in the HST time zone, sometimes you saw the incorrect WO age as well as time of adding a WO note.
Work Orders. View the sum of WO totals right on the new WOs list. Note that the sum is calculated only for WOs in the same currency and only on the All, Completed, and Invoiced tabs.
Bug fixes
Work Orders. The filter that helps you find WOs assigned to particular technicians worked incorrectly on the classic WO page. To be precise, it didn’t save the options you selected.
Work Orders. We’ve fixed an interface issue with a scroll bar. Where? In the overlay that you see after bulk adding notes to WOs on the new WOs list.
Work Orders. When linked classic service requests contained some info in a non-Latin language, sometimes this info was incorrectly displayed on the classic WO page.
Work Orders. When you edit NTE amounts for work orders on the new WOs list, note that the NTE field accepts nothing but numbers. The possibility to enter letters was caused by a mistake.
