Core modules
Invoices. The Rate Mismatch column was added to the MS Excel invoices report. Here, you can indicate whether there is a mismatch rate on an invoice.
Work Orders. Fresh from the oven: for our EU-based subscribers, check-in/out distance measure will be automatically converted into kilometers under the Check In/Out tab on the work order details view page. 📞Contact your Customer Success Manager to enable the feature.
Add-on modules
ServiceNow. From now on, with the Refresh tokens for valid connections during SC - Import Users from SC poller execution setting enabled, dormant users in ServiceNow won't be automatically deactivated after the specified period of inactivity.
Bug fixes
Core modules
Admin. Sometimes, when you tried to change the user name in the General Info section of a user profile, you saw the red blank error box, and the new name couldn't be saved. The problem was the text length entered in the User Name field. We've added the warning message that the User Name field must not contain more than 50 characters.
Locations & Provider Assignments. The insurable work order email notification wasn't sent to the emails specified in the Insurance Claim Reminder Notification Alert field on the Location Notes page. The insurance email notification will now be sent to all emails listed in the Insurance Claim Reminder Notification Alert field.
Work Orders. If the Changeable Provider option on the Request Confirm tab in dashboard settings was disabled and the primary ranked provider network status was set as Do Not Dispatch, you couldn't create a work order in the ServiceChannel Mobile app. Now, in this case, the work order will be automatically assigned to the next ranked provider.
Add-on modules
ServiceNow. Users' emails with mixed upper and lower case characters couldn't be connected to ServiceNow. We've fixed it.
ServiceNow. When you tried to use the Import User poller, a system error message appeared. This happened when you increased the pause time between creating connection records. You don’t get errors anymore.
