Highlights

Invoice review on mobile

You can now view, edit, and approve invoices on the go. From the Invoices page in the app, you can select from a list of available invoices to see additional details. Filter invoices, make changes, or put them on hold, all from your phone.

 

Redesigned Compliance Manager

The compliance summary page has a more modern and intuitive design, so you can easily navigate through your network and identify what action to take next. With summary statistics, a streamlined information table, and improved search and filter functionality, staying compliant is easier than ever.

 

New provider landing page experience

Providers can use the redesigned landing page to better track their work orders, client requests, and updates from ServiceChannel. With centralized information in a single dashboard, providers can be more efficient and improve their performance scores.

 

 

Show location notes on work order, proposal, and invoice lists

You can now add up to two Location Note Headers on work order, proposal and invoice lists. This saves time by putting relevant location information up front, so you don’t have to click into the work order, proposal, or invoice details to see it.

View additional approval codes in Analytics

When creating custom reports, you can now include the Additional Approval Code field and the corresponding values from work orders to get a better understanding of how you are categorizing spend. 

 

Resolution & Root Cause Codes

Easier selection of Resolution and Root Cause Codes for providers

To make it easier for providers to record accurate resolution and root cause codes, we now display a shorter list of codes that match the corresponding asset category. If no asset is linked, providers can select the asset category directly. They can also search for relevant codes quickly. This reduces errors and saves providers time onsite. 

 

 

SC Mobile

Work orders for closed locations on mobile 🗝

Rather than waiting until you’re back at a computer, you can now create work orders on your mobile device while onsite at closed locations. This gives you increased flexibility and ensures nothing gets lost in the shuffle.

Customized checkout alerts on mobile

ServiceChannel Mobile users can now customize app notifications for checkouts so that they’re only notified when a work order is completed. 


Schedule work orders for future years

When scheduling or editing work orders on ServiceChannel Mobile, you can now schedule by day, month and year. 

 

Proposal Manager

Easily update labels on proposals

You no longer have to switch back and forth between the proposal and the work order while updating labels. Now you can now add or update labels on the work order while taking an action on a proposal.

Retiring “Go to Old Proposal View” Button

In Proposal Manager, you will no longer be able to switch to the old proposal view.

Chat with all providers

You can now send chat messages to all providers in Provider Search, and they can reply via Fixxbook or text message, so you get faster responses to your questions and invitations.  

Reminder: New filters in Provider Search (Released in June)

Quickly find the right option for your needs in Provider Search by using the filter for coverage scale (local, regional, national) or for self-performers. You can also sort by performance scores and by how often the provider works with clients in your industry.

 

Subscriber Admin

Bulk creation of new users

Need to add a bunch of users at once? Instead of adding one user at a time or requesting help from our support team, users with Admin permission can now add additional users in bulk from the Users Admin page.

 

Data Direct

New flat file option for Data Direct 🗝

You can now receive Data Direct as a flat file instead of a database file. This simplifies the process of integrating ServiceChannel data with your other data sources and eliminates the need for SQL Server.

Work Order Manager

Notification of multiple users editing a work order

If another user is editing a work order at the same time, you will now receive an in-app notification so that your changes aren’t overwritten.

Filter locations in Map View by work order count

We’ve added a new filter to Map View to help you identify the locations that either do or do not have open work orders, so that you can determine where new work orders are needed. 

 

Paste to filter by a list of location IDs

You can now paste a list of location IDs when you’re searching or filtering on the locations page, the actionable landing page, and the work order list page.

 

Checklists as standard attachments

Checklists now appear as attachments on work orders and can be accessed on the main Work Order Details page, rather than having to click on the checklist tab.

 

Contractor Initiated Work Orders

Customization of contractor-initiated work orders 🗝

During CIWO setup, your CSM can now select specific trades to begin in a “dispatch confirmed / in progress” status rather than the default “completed / pending confirmation,” allowing you to more accurately track work order progress and time onsite.

Asset Manager

Filter assets by Location Note Header

You can now filter assets by their location’s Location Note Header on the Manage Assets list, making it faster to find specific assets.

 

Refrigerant Tracking Manager

Track changes in refrigerant charges

The new Charge History tab on the Refrigerant Leak Events page helps to keep track of changes made to refrigerant charges and filters by asset type, refrigerant type, provider, and more.

 

Invoice Manager

Invoice Rejected Date field

The Invoice Rejected Date field has been added to Invoice Reports, Line Item Reports, and Tax Reports.

 

Create Drop-Down lists of Additional Approval Codes

You can now create drop-down lists of Additional Approval Codes to use on invoices, rather than having to type them in every time.

 

Dashboard

Simplified issue list downloads

Click the new Download icon to the left of each issue list file name to download the issue lists associated with your dashboard.
