Work Orders. Since the Visits tab on the WO details screen is about checklists, we’ve changed the tab name to Checklists. Head over there to see the checklist questions and answers.

Work Orders. When FTM internal techs need to link existing work orders, the app now shows the requests created over the past year among the WOs that can be linked. Previously, three months was the largest date range the app supported.

Work Orders. The Today option in the date range filter for linked work orders didn’t work correctly. Instead of showing you the WOs that were created today, the app displayed those that were scheduled for today.

Work Orders. The app didn’t display weather types associated with work orders via the web app. You saw None in the Weather Type field even when the WO was already tied to a weather type.

Work Orders. You couldn’t view attachments added to work orders via the web app: neither images nor text files were visible on the Notes tab. We’ve put things right.
