Service Automation allows you to manage work orders, proposals, invoices, preventive maintenance, and equipment assets, as well as self-service administrative features and contractor management within your private network. Facility Operations may manage work orders, preventive maintenance, RFPs, proposals, invoices, and location setup. 







Your internal ServiceChannel administrator creates User IDs for this platform and sets the appropriate permissions to modules (such as Work Orders, RFPs, Invoices, or others.)


  1. In an Internet browser, enter your client URL (for example, 
    yourbusiness.servicechannel.com).
  2. Enter your User ID and Password.
  3. Click Login.
