Asset Meter Reading can be collected on the client’s behalf in SCP Mobile. This allows for immediate updates for the meter readings on assets. It can be done during maintenance or repair visits on assets.  

Asset Meter Reading

  1. Locate a work order and click View Asset to open the work order asset(s) page
  2. Click the asset from the list that requires a Meter Reading
  3. Click the specific meter reading Under Meter Readings
    Specific meter reading
  4. Enter the value
    1. Enter Modified Date
    2. Optional: Enter note
      Enter Value
  5. Click the Done link to update the value.
