Features and improvements
Core modules
ALP. In the Work Orders > Awaiting Action metric, the number of work orders in the Action Required Work Orders and My Action Required Work Orders fields will be displayed in red font, drawing immediate attention to the outstanding tasks that need your prompt attention.
Asset Manager. On the Administration > Asset Rules page, under the Transfers section, after you select the desired trade in the Trade drop-down, only those providers available for that trade will be visible in the Selected Providers drop-down.
Planned Maintenance Manager. In the redesigned Planned Maintenance module, previously, after you filtered for specific PM services and attempted to generate a report, all PM services were displayed instead of just the filtered ones on the Generate Report overlay. We've made some changes, so only the filtered services will be shown. In addition to the Generate Report overlay update, we've removed the Filter By section, and you can now sort the Description and Trade columns in alphabetical order and the # of Locations column in numerical order.
Planned Maintenance Manager. The Type column has been added to the top filter menu in the redesigned Planned Maintenance module. You can filter by classic, compliance, or view all PM services simultaneously.
Add-on modules
Enhanced Inventory Manager. In the Locations section, we have enhanced the visibility of the Parts and Cycle Counts location tabs to provide a clearer understanding of the information displayed. The active tab will be underlined by a blue ribbon, drawing your attention and making navigation seamless as you explore the data.
ServiceNow. Previously, if you had the Changeable Provider setting enabled under the Request Confirm tab of the dashboard settings in Service Automation, you couldn't change a provider while creating a work order in ServiceNow. We've made some improvements, and now, with the Changeable Provider setting turned on in your dashboard settings, you possess the flexibility to easily modify the provider assigned to the work order in ServiceNow.
Bug fixes
Core modules
Dashboard. The trade of the work order didn’t match the trade of the linked asset. It happened if you filled out the Equipment column while leaving the EquipmentID empty in your issue list. The system showed all the assets that matched the selected WO area when you were creating a work order. By mistake, you picked the wrong asset. We've tackled the issue, and now assets will be pulled up based on the trade related to a specific asset type.
Dashboard. With the Enable Time Tracker for Open Tickets and Enable Time Tracker for Completed Tickets preferences turned on in dashboard settings, you could not proceed with the WO check-in/out in Dashboard 2.0. The time you picked in the Time In and Time Out fields was not captured on the Time Tracker page. We've tackled the issue. The time in these fields is now visible as expected.
Invoices. Trying to access invoice details with the invoice number containing letters, you encountered an undefined error. We've made some tweaks to prevent this error from occurring again.
Work Orders. Adding a label to a work order didn't make it visible under the Labels field of the Reassign modal. The WO label will now saliently appear within the Reassign overlay, ensuring you can quickly identify it during the reassignment process.

No bugs for add-on modules.
