ServiceChannel has worked diligently to help make your overall experience on our platform a more efficient and productive one. These changes focus on our underlying technology and framework which helps drive and deliver more modern and reliable experiences on our platform. 

This new technology changes the "look and feel" of some pages in Service Automation, including Work Orders, Proposals, Service Provider listings, and Invoices.

This migration will occur for all subscribers and providers during the Spring and Summer, 2019.

    • Answer: MVC helps compartmentalize different aspects of the ServiceChannel site, create a smoother transition to updates, and enable better load balancing and user continuity.
