Features and improvements




Core modules

Dashboard. Previously, users without the Track WO: Read & Edit permission could edit the priority and category on the proposal approval page in Dashboard 2.0. From now on, they can’t modify these options.

Add-on modules

Site Planning Manager. Users with the Site Audit Auditor role will now be notified of the associated work order before removing an audit in the Open status on the Site Planning Reports page.

Projects. For Budget Insights users, we’ve reworked the logic of calculating the Forecasted budgets. Now, it is based not only on the trade and category but also on the priority and region.

Bug fixes




Core modules

Planned Maintenance Manager. On the Planned Maintenance > PM Services > PM  Frequency > Locations page, sorting the list by Provider didn’t work as expected. We’ve fixed it.

Planned Maintenance Manager. You might have noticed WO duplicates generated by the planned maintenance service with a monthly frequency. No more duplicates!

Proposals. Upon filtering proposals by an assignee, you could see no results even though such proposals existed. Now, the filter works without a hitch.

Work Orders. Users could get an error message when adding attachments while creating work orders in batch from the map view. The issue is fixed.
