Features and improvements
Core modules
Proposals. For providers who need to add a new asset while creating a proposal, we’ve made it easier to find the required asset type. Instead of showing all asset types, the Asset Type dropdown contains only those that match the proposal trade.
Add-on modules
Inventory Manager. Capture the precise whereabouts of items stored within your inventory locations! Having such details as Area, Aisle, Shelf, and Bin specified for each item in your enhanced Inventory Manager helps minimize the time spent looking for the required items. Here are the ways to add this information:
a) When creating or updating stock records on the Parts Catalog tab
b) When updating or adding parts to an inventory location on the Locations tab
c) When uploading stock via template from the Locations tab
Bug fixes
Core modules
Asset Manager. The system became so used to the existing names for your asset types that it didn’t allow renaming them. Putting its sentiments aside, the system lets you update asset type names as you wish.
Asset Manager. When you downloaded an Excel report on assets with deactivated assets included, you might have noticed that some of the location IDs were missing. Deactivated assets assigned to closed locations appeared in the file without location IDs as if they didn't belong to any location. We’ve found and returned the disappeared IDs to the report.
Compliance Manager. When you viewed an active invitation for a provider to join your private network and hovered over the Client section to check the profile completion status, the Banking requirement was marked as completed. However, not all the banking information that you required, namely the Banking Blank Check, was filled in by the provider. This requirement now stays marked as incomplete until the provider completes all the required sections.
Compliance Manager. Within the service provider’s profile, the Client Rates section got marked as completed even though the proposed rates were rejected.
MLI. In the subject line of MLI email alerts, MLI users saw a confusing number instead of the familiar user ID. It was the internal ID of an employee used by the system. No more confusion! MLI email alerts show the good old user ID that you enter to log in.
MLP. When MLP users approved a proposal with a total amount that fell within their approval limit, instead of being approved, the proposal was escalated to the next level in the Reviewed status. We’ve taken action — now proposals follow the MLP rules.
Work Order Assignment. Despite the auto-assignment rules configured in Provider Automation, some work orders were not automatically assigned to the corresponding technicians. The issue affected Planned Maintenance service requests that had been uploaded via the PM template.
Work Orders. Clicking the Accept button in the redesigned email about a new service request would bring providers to the confirmation page with an incorrect WO location address in the Customer section. Although the address still belonged to the client, it wasn’t the address of the location the service was requested for.
Work Orders. Some providers could have had a problem adding a note to a work order. An error message appeared when a provider entered an email address of the WO note recipient manually and selected the Send a Copy to Myself option. Now, WO notes are added without issues.
Add-on modules
Supply Manager. After Supply Manager orders were reassigned from one provider to another, the latter did not receive an email notification about a new order. Now, new emails about reassigned Supply Manager orders don't face any obstacles on their way to providers.
