Bug fixes
General. 15 seconds for videos! Whenever you need to attach a video to a work order or asset, stay within the 15-second limit. P.S. You can always add longer videos via Service Automation if there is a need.
Work Orders. This release brings a small interface improvement to the screen for reassigning a work order. When you tap the provider’s name on the WO details screen, the drop-down with available providers will be highlighted in blue to catch your eye and will display the currently assigned provider instead of the first-ranked one.
