Proposals. When you rejected a proposal and opted to notify the provider, an alert was sent to the provider’s main email address — instead of the email listed in the provider’s Dispatch Preferences for proposal alerts.
Work Orders. Searching for a work order by purchase order (PO) number — that was different from the WO number — would display the same WO twice among your search results.
Work Orders. Those who have the Interactive Troubleshooting process in place faced an issue with answering troubleshooting questions upon creating a WO. The app didn’t respect the minimum and maximum limits for numbers that you were allowed to enter as responses to the troubleshooting questions. Now, the app duly warns you when the entered number doesn’t meet the min and max criteria set up in your issue list.
