Bug fixes
Work Orders. For work orders created via ServiceChannel Mobile, the area in the WO description was always written in title case (Exterior) even if it was in uppercase (EXTERIOR) in your Issue List. We now display areas per your Issue List.
Work Orders. In case you added a purchase order (PO) number upon creating a work order, you couldn’t find this WO by PO number later on. You got the “Nothing Found” message although that WO did exist.
Work Orders. We’ve found an issue with downloading photo attachments from the Notes tab of the WO details screen. When trying to download a photo, some of you got an error. Apologies if you experienced the problem.
