The Proposals tab lists the following reports:

You can download these reports onto your local drive for sharing, viewing, and further data manipulation.

Proposal Details with Breakdown

This report provides proposal details at the transaction level along with a breakdown of labor, material, travel, and other charges. Here, you can see data from the past 30 days (by default) or by the criteria set in the all-inclusive filters on the top of the report.

The following data is listed in this report, sortable by these column headers:

  • Proposal Number
  • WO Number
  • Location Number
  • Status
  • Provider Name
  • Amount
  • Proposal Labor Amount
  • Proposal Material Amount
  • Proposal Freight Amount
  • Proposal Other Amount
  • Proposal Tax Amount

Proposal Details with Operational Information

This report provides operational details for proposals at the transaction level, including the aging of proposals and approval information. Here, you can see data from the past 30 days (by default) or by the criteria set in the all-inclusive filters on the top of the report.

The following data is listed in this report, sortable by these column headers:

  • Proposal Number
  • Location Number
  • Status
  • Proposal Date
  • Approved Date
  • Approved By shows the User ID of the person who approved the proposal
  • Trade
  • Proposal Age - Open and Approved Status shows how long the proposal was open before it was approved

Report Filters and Sorting

On top of the report are all-inclusive filters to help you hone in on key data. All reports on the page are affected by the criteria set in these all-inclusive filters.

You can filter by the following criteria:

  • Proposal Date

  • Category

  • Trade

  • Priority
  • Provider
  • Proposal Status
  • Location Region
  • Location District

  • Location Name

Once you have your filters set, you can save the filter view so you can easily access the data. You can save multiple filter views, as needed. After setting your filters, click *Unsaved View on the top-right of the page, and then Save current view...

You can also schedule the report to email to your inbox, print a PDF version of the full report, and export the full report to MS Excel. See Analytics Settings for more information.

Sorting Table Data (where available)

  • Click the up arrow (column headers) or the left arrow (row headers) to sort data from lowest to highest / A - Z / earliest to latest. Click it again to return to the default sorting.

  • Click the down arrow (column headers) or the right arrow (row headers) to sort from highest to lowest / Z - A / latest to earliest. Click it again to return to the default sorting.

Downloading Reports

You can either download individual reports or download all reports into one file. Your reports will download with the criteria set in the global filters.

Downloading Individual Reports

When hovering your mouse over the data table, an iconappears next to the table name. Click the icon to choose which format to download your report.

The section title and the table title may have the same name. The table title is smaller and directly above the table.

⦿ How to download an individual report
  1. On the desired table, mouseover the table title. The download iconappears.
  2. Click the icon, and then select Download As...
  3. Choose the desired format (PDF, Microsoft Excel XLSX, CSV-formatted, or CSV-raw data).

    When downloading tables to PDF, PDF (Landscape) is the recommended option.

  4. When prompted, save the report to your drive.

Downloading All Reports Into One File

You can download all the reports listed in this dashboard.

⦿ How to download all reports
  1. On the top-right of the screen, click the gear icon.
  2. Choose the desired format:
    1. Export to PDF saves the current page view as a PDF file. Only the data immediately listed on the page will appear in the PDF export.
    2. Export to XLSX saves all data in a Microsoft Excel XLSX spreadsheet. Each table is saved on a different Excel tab.
  3. When prompted, save the report to your drive.
