Under the WO/NTE dashboard of the User Permissions Report you will find the following reports:

  • Service Request Permissions displays whether the user has access to the Classic dashboard, the Service Request dashboard, and use the Assets module (Full Control or Read-Only).
  • Service Request/WO Permissions displays whether the user has access to Service Providers (Full Control, Edit, Read Only, or Request For), and access to Work Orders (Read-Only or Read/Edit).
  • NTE Approval Limits displays NTE limits and currency, NTE limit updates, the user's last login date, and the work order trades the user is permitted to access.

You can download the data and email reports to recipients.

Service Request Permissions Table

The Service Request Permissions report displays whether the user has access to the Classic dashboard, the Service Request dashboard, and use the Assets module (Full Control or Read-Only).

The following data is listed in the report, sortable by these column headers:

  • Invoice Approval Limit Update Date displays the date the UserID in the Invoice Approval Limit Updated By field listed above updated the Invoice Limit for the listed user
  • Proposal Approval Limit Update Date displays the date the UserID in the Proposal Approval Limit  Updated By field listed above updated the Proposal Limit for the listed user

Service Request/WO Permissions Table

The Service Request/WO Permissions report displays whether the user has access to Service Providers (Full Control, Edit, Read Only, or Request For), and access to Work Orders (Read-Only or Read/Edit).

NTE Approval Limits Table

The NTE Approval Limits report displays NTE limits and currency, NTE limit updates, the user's last login date, and the work order trades the user is permitted to access.

  • TradePermitted displays the trade(s) for work orders/invoices/proposals to which the user has access.

    A null () value indicates all trades are accessible.


  • LastLoginDate shows the last time the user logged into Service Automation. 

    Info

    A null () value indicates the user has not logged in.

  • NTE Limit Currency
  • NTE Approval Limit Updated By shows the UserID that last updated the NTE Limit for this particular user.
  • NTE Approval Limit Update Date shows the date the NTE Limit was updated.

titleNTE Limit Maintenance

A null () value under NTE Approval Limit Updated By indicates that the NTE was never updated after the initial setup. Use the date listed under NTE Approval Limit Update Date to check when the NTE was initially set up; you may need to make adjustments if the NTE has not been adjusted in a number of years.
