Mobile access codes allow ServiceChannel Mobile app users with single sign on (“SSO”) permissions to generate an access code for the app.

Mobile Access Code

Note

Your ServiceChannel administrator determines if you are permissioned to use ServiceChannel Mobile and can generate your own code.

Generating Mobile Access Codes

Using ServiceChannel Mobile, you may view and enter work orders for your location. Instead of signing into the mobile app with your username and password, you may sign in using an access code. Permissioned users may generate this code through the Dashboard.
