During repair or maintenance service calls, there may come a time when parts are not available or not even associated with the inventory catalog. With permission and a set NTE amount, you can purchase parts directly without any assistance. This provides you with direct access to request parts and reduces the amount of time having those parts readily available.

- Click the Inventory icon to enter Inventory.
- Click the Create Transfer link to expand the list.
- Click the Request Transfer link to start the request.

- Click the Purchase Order link to create a request.
