Scheduled Maintenance

Overview

Scheduled maintenance is used by ServiceChannel to perform software security patches and other maintenance activityactivities.

Timeline

  • US Environment: As scheduled twice per month; the window is Saturday 2am 2 AM to 6am 6 AM EST

  • EU Environment: As scheduled twice per month; the window is Sunday 2am to 6am CE2 AM to 6 AM CET

  • US SB1: daily (Su, Mo, Tu, We, Th, Fr, Sa) at 1:00am 00 AM ET

  • US SB2: weekly (Sa) at 6:00pm 00 PM ET
