Section

After accepting a client’s invitation into their Private Network, you are requested to complete the requirements (client rates, insurance requirements, and others) to ensure your work proceeds smoothly and aligns with the negotiated agreements.

A client may request this information at the time of invitation to their Private Network or at any point afterward. Regardless of when they make the request, in the Clients section, you can manage these client-specific requirements in the same way. The information you provide in the Clients section is private between you and that client.

Warning

A client may not agree to start working with you until the client requirements are complete and accurate.

On the Clients tab in the top navigation bar, the outstanding client requirements are displayed.

On the page, you can see the following:

  • Client Network Stages. Your clients are grouped by the stage you are at in joining their Private Network.

    • Depending on the stage, you can act on your relationship with clients.
    1. Invitations (#). At this stage, clients have invited you to their Private Network. You can accept or decline an invitation.
    2. In-Progress (#). Clients at this stage have NOT added you to their Private Network after you accepted their invitation. You need to complete all the requirements to be added.
    3. In Network (#). You are in a client’s Private Network.

  • Progress Bars. A progress bar under each name shows how many of their requirements you have met.

  • Requirements Completion Statuses. The statuses indicate the level of requirements completion.

    • Complete. When you are in a client’s Private Network and have met all the requirements, you will see this status. Click Preview to view the completed requirements.

      Note

The progress of requirements completion will be red if at least 1 of the requirements is incomplete.

    • Waiting for Client Approval. If you have completed a client’s requirements, but are not in the client’s Private Network yet, this status appears. Click Preview to view the completed requirements.
