Content Comparison

The Spend Analysis Tab displays the spend and work order volume by assets. Here, you can view all asset-related work orders for the past 365 days (by default) or by the criteria set in the all-inclusive filters along the top of the report.

You can download the data and email reports to recipients.

Visualizations in this Dashboard

There are two sections, with visualizations under each:

• Asset Portfolio gives a headline view of the total number of assets and the number of assets under warranty.

• Asset Service History shows the total number number of open work orders associated with your assets, the number of work orders completed in the past 365 days, and the total invoice amount for assets under warranty. This section also provides a summary of asset work orders and invoices, top 10 assets by spend, top 10 brands by average invoice amount, assets with the most number of work orders, and spend by asset age group.

These headlines tiles give an overall view of assets that you have in the Asset Manager database. Here you will find:

• The total number of Assets 
• The number of Assets still under Warranty

Click into each visualization to view the underlying asset data, such as asset ID, tag ID, store ID, condition, and asset type.

These headlines tiles give an overall view of the work orders and invoices with assets associated to them, in which action may be necessary. Here you will find:

• The number of open work orders with Assets
• The Assets with more than 5 work orders
• The number of Assets with open work orders

• The invoice amount

• The number of Assets with work orders completed over the past year
• The total invoice amount for Assets under warranty

Click into each visualization to view the underlying data, such as tracking numbers, asset details, work order and invoice details, assigned providers, and committed spend. Click the tracking number to navigate to the work order details in Service Automation.

Top 10 Asset Types by Spend

This visualization Bar Chart presenting top 10 asset types by spend. Here, you can see your top total invoice spend by asset, over a 365-day period (by default). 

Clicking any of the bars drills down into the underlying data, where you can see the related tracking numbers, assigned providers, invoice details, and invoice amount. Click the tracking number to navigate to the work order details in Service Automation.

Top 10 Brand by Average Invoice Amount

This visualization Bar Chart presenting top 10 brands by average invoice amount. Here, you can see your top average invoice amount by asset brand, over a 365-day period (by default).

Assets with Most Number of Work Orders

The following data is listed in the report, sortable by these column headers:

• Tag ID
• Asset Type
• Location Number
• Number of Work Orders
• Invoices Amount

Spend by Asset Age Group

This visualization Bar Chart presents total spend by asset age group, over a 365-day period (by default). Assets are grouped into six buckets. Assets Less than 1 Year, 1-2 Years, 2-3 Years, 3-4 Years, 4-5 Years and Greater than 5 Years. All buckets assets fall under are based on the Install Date entered into the asset module on Service Automation. 

Clicking any of the bars drills down into the underlying data, where you can see the related tracking numbers, assigned providers, invoice details, and invoice amount. Click the tracking number to navigate to the work order details in Service Automation.
