Under the Location/Dashboard/PM tab of the User Permissions Report dashboard you will find the following reports:
Location Access displays each user, whether the user is active or inactive in Service Automation, and the access levels by Location, District, and Region.
- Dashboard AccessNTE Approval Limits displays the dashboard access and corporate access of each user (Power User / Admin User / Super Admin User).
- Budget/PM/Locations Permissions display each user's access level to Budgets and Planned Maintenance, as well as read access to Locations and Assets.
You can download the data and email reports to recipients.
