title⦿ How to Add an Assigned Contact
  1. From the top navigation bar, click Clients. The Clients page appears.
  2. Click Continue next to the desired client. The Clients page for the applicable client appears.
  3. In the left navigation bar, click Client Contacts. The Client Contact page appears.

  4. From the General Contacts list, click the desired contact. The contact is moved to the Assigned contacts list.

Tip!  

If Client Contacts are requested from your client and you have already completed client contacts assignments for any of your clients, you can copy the contacts assignment on the Auto-fill Requirements page.

Assigning/Unassigning Client Contacts

  • To assign an existing contact from the Contacts List, select the checkbox next to the needed contact.

    Assigned contacts are marked with the Assigned status. 


  • To unassign an existing contact from the Contacts List, deselect the checkbox next to the needed contact.

Enter the contact's name in the Search field to find a specific contact.

Adding New Contacts to the Contacts List 

  • From the top navigation bar, click Clients. The Clients page appears.
  • Click Continue next to the desired client. The Clients page for the applicable client appears.
  • In the left navigation bar, click Client Contacts. The Client Contact page appears.
  • In the Assigned contacts list, hover on the desired contact. A trash can appears.

  • Click the trash can for the desired contact. The contact is moved to the General contacts list.

    Add a New Contact to the Contacts List
    1. Under the Contacts List, click Edit ContactsListor the User Contacts link to open the User Management page.

    2. On the User Management page that appears, click on the needed username.

    3. In the Directory/Fixxbook Permissiondrop-down, select the needed checkbox to give a user the permission to Directory.

    4. Click Save at the bottom of the page to apply changes. 
    5. (Optional) Return to the Clients Contacts Requirements page by clicking the Clients tab > Client Name/the Continue button > Client Contacts Requirement.  
      The user appears in the contacts.
