Notes can be added to a work order after its creation.

title⦿ How to Add a Note to a Work Order in Dashboard 2.0
  1. Locate the work order that you want to add the note to.
  2. Click Details to open the work order.
  3. On the Work Order screen, click one of the two Add New Work Order Note links.

  4. On the Add a Note screen, add your note.
  5. If immediate action is required, check the box next to Action Required. 
  6. If the status of the work order needs to be changed, select a new status from the drop-down menu.
  7. Select the recipient(s) form the available list. Hold the Ctrl (⌘ on macOS) or Shift key to select multiple recipients.
  8. Enter the email address of any additional recipient that should be informed.
  9. Click Add Note to save the note.
