  • displays whether the user has access to Service Providers (Full Control, Edit, Read Only, or Request For), and access to Work Orders (Read-Only or Read/Edit).

You can download the data and email reports to recipients.

Invoice/Proposal Approval Report

The Invoice/Proposal Approval report displays the proposal and invoice limits for each user.

The following data is listed in the report, sortable by these column headers:

A null () value under InvoiceApprovalLimitUpdatedBy and ProposalApprovalLimitUpdatedBy indicates that the Invoice Limit or the Proposal Limit were never updated after the initial setup. Use the date listed under InvoiceApprovalLimitUpdateDate and ProposalApprovalLimitUpdateDate (see Service Request Permissions, below) to check when either was last updated. You may need to make adjustments if the limits have not been adjusted in a number of years.

Service Request Permissions Report

The Service Request Permissions report shows the following fields

The Service Request Permissions report displays whether the user has access to the Classic dashboard, the Service Request dashboard, and use the Assets module (Full Control or Read-Only).

The following data is listed in the report, sortable by these column headers:

  • Asset_Mgmt_Read indicates whether the user has Read-Only access to the Assets module

    Service Request/WO Permissions Report

    An (empty value) under NteApprovalLimitUpdatedBy indicates that the NTE was never updated after the initial setup. Use the date listed under NteApprovalLimitUpdateDate to check when the NTE was last updated. You may need to make adjustments if the NTE wasn't adjusted in a number of years.

    You can either download individual reports or download all reports into one file. Your reports will download with the criteria set in the filters on the top of the page.

    Downloading Individual Reports

    When hovering your mouse over the data table, an iconImage Removedappears next to the table name. Click the icon to choose which format to download your report.

    Note

    The section title and the table title may have the same name. The table title is smaller and directly above the table.

  • On the desired table, mouseover the table title. The download iconImage Removedappears.

  • Click the icon, and then select Download As...
  • Choose the desired format (PDF, Microsoft Excel XLSX, CSV-formatted, or CSV-raw data).

    Tip

    When downloading tables to PDF, PDF (Landscape) is the recommended option.

  • When prompted, save the report to your drive.

    1. On the top-right of the screen, click the gear icon.

    2. Choose the desired format:
      1. Export to PDF saves the current page view as a PDF file. Only the data immediately listed on the page will appear in the PDF export.
      2. Export to XLSX saves all data in a Microsoft Excel XLSX spreadsheet. Each table is saved on a different Excel tab.
    3. When prompted, save the report to your drive.
    • Service_Providers_Request_For indicates whether the user has Request access to the Providers module
    • Track_WO_PO_Read indicates whether the user has Read-Only access to Work Orders
    • Track_WO_PO_Read_Edit indicates whether the user has Read and Edit access to Work Orders
