The User Permissions Report lists the users permissioned to use Service Automation, segmented by key aspects across 3 tabs:

TipClick any of these headers to sort columns from lowest to highest. Click twice to sort from highest to lowest.

Under the Location/Dashboard/PM tab of the User Permissions Report dashboard you will find the following reports:

  • Location Access displays each user, whether the user is active or inactive in Service Automation, and the access levels by Location, District, and Region.

  • Dashboard Access displays the dashboard access and corporate access of each user (Power User / Admin User / Super Admin User).
  • Budget/PM/Locations Permissions display each user's access level to Budgets and Planned Maintenance, as well as read access to Locations and Assets.

You can download the data and email reports to recipients.

Location Access Table

The Location Access report displays each user, whether the user is active or inactive in Service Automation, and the access levels by Location, District, and Region.

The following data is listed in the report, sortable by these column headers:

  • UserID

  • UserName associated with the User ID

  • Email associated with the User ID

    Info

    A null (∅) value indicates there is no email associated with the user.


  • Active Disabled shows whether the User ID is marked as an Active account or a Disabled account

  • District Permitted shows the list of Districts the user has access

  • Region Permitted shows the list of Regions the user has access

    Empty values indicate all Locations, Districts, and Regions are accessible to the user.

The Dashboard Access report displays the dashboard access and corporate access of each user (Power User / Admin User / Super Admin User).

A null (∅) value indicates no dashboard association or redirect is assigned to the user.

The following data is listed in the report, sortable by these column headers:

  • Redirect to Dashboard indicates whether the user has only Dashboard access

  • Dashboard Permissions indicates whether the user is a Dashboard Power User or Administrator

  • Power User indicates whether the Power User permission was turned on for the user

  • Super User indicates whether the Super User permission was turned on for the user

  • Dashboard indicates which configured Dashboard the user has access, whether a Main Dashboard or an Expert Dashboard

The Budget/PM/Locations Permissions report displays each user's access level to Budgets and Planned Maintenance, as well as read access to Locations and Assets.
