Section

An open work order is one that has not been completed by the service provider. These work orders are in either the Open or In Progress status.

From the Open Work Orders page you can:

  • View the work order count summary for each day/week/month in the Calendar view.
  • Review open work orders for both Planned Maintenance Services and Requested Repairs.
  • View the status of work orders, by using the color coding and the legend at the bottom of the screen.
  • Determine if a service provider accepted a work order, based on whether the work order is in open or in progress status.
  • An open work order is one that has not been completed by the service provider. These work orders are in either the Open or In Progress status.

  • Review notes, and add notes and attachments to appropriate work orders.

Note

Your Dashboard 2.0 permissions determine if you are able to review and add notes and attachments.

From Dashboard 2.0, you can view work orders as indicated below:

  • All open work orders (Open and In Progress statuses) on the View Open Work Orders tab.

    Note

    Work orders with a default ETA of less than or equal to 8 hours from the call date are marked in red.


  • History of work orders for the last 36 months (including work orders scheduled for future dates) on the View All Work Orders tab. Here, work orders in all statuses are displayed: Open, In Progress, Completed/Pending Confirmation, Completed Confirmed and Invoiced.
