There are times when assets need to be taken out of service in . In cases like this, assets can be deactivated. This could be due to a seasonal increase or decrease in need or or a prolonged repair process. Regardless of the reason, rather than remove an asset from the database, you can deactivate it and then reactivate it when the need arises.
Deactivating an Asset

Using the filters on the assets list, you can view which of your assets are deactivated.
