Projects under Service Automation Administration supports how a user is able to perform in the Projects Module to manage their location's project. Projects offers the ability to add:

  • Project Reviewers. 
  • Project Approvers. 
  • Project Rules. 
  • Types & categoriesCategories. 
  • General configurationConfiguration

Having Project Manager, Financial Manager, Financial Manager Admin, Admin access in Service Automation

Having the Project Manager permission allows you to access the Project Module to create, manage, and review projects. Having Financial Manager and Financial Manager Admin access gives users the ability to create Budgets for projects and pre-approve the Budget for a single project. Adding the role would be under Admin-PermissionsUsers with either the Admin or Super Admin role can assign users to Projects in Admin > Permissions, as illustrated below
