From Dashboard 2.0, you may can view open work orders as well as history of work orders for up to the last 36 months.

An open work order is one that has not been completed by the service provider; from the dashboard you can track these work orders.

  Work orders with a default ETA of less than or equal to 8 hours from the call date are marked in red.

  
  

• History of work orders for the last 36 months (including work orders scheduled for future dates) on the View All Work Orders tab. Here, work orders in all statuses are displayed: Open, In Progress, Completed/Pending Confirmation, Completed Confirmed and Invoiced.
