CIWO. When a provider creates a work order via the Contractor-Initiated Work Order (CIWO) experience and then creates the next one for the exact location and trade during the duplicate callout time, the work order status is now changed to Completed / Possible Duplicate CIWO and the NTE amount is set to 0. 📞 Contact your Customer Success Manager to enable the feature.
Bug fixes
Work Orders. During the WO asset validation, if you selected the Unable to scan? Tell us why option, the Cannot Find Asset at This Location reason was missing on the Unable to Scan screen. We've brought it back.
Work Orders. Occasionally, when an FTM internal user created a work order, the app crash occurred. The issue affected those who have the Bar Code / NFC Code scan method enabled in the Assets (Equipment) > Administration > Asset Rules page in Service Automation. We have improved the app's performance to address the problem.
