Core modules
Asset Manager. The number of your assets has grown over a million mark? Sounds impressive! Nevertheless, when you need to export more than a million assets from the assets list, first use filters to divide your million into batches, and then download each batch separately. Note that it’s impossible to download more than a million assets in one go.
Add-on modules
Refrigerant Tracking Manager. Similar to the report on leak events, the Excel report on refrigerant uses can now show the quantity of added refrigerants in pounds and decimals of pounds too.
Bug fixes
Core modules
Admin. When you searched for a user by user ID or name on the users list, the page would remember the search criterion you entered and show it the next time you accessed the page. With this release, we don’t save your latest search criterion and results anymore so that you can see the entire users list.
Invoices. Some GL codes appeared truncated on the invoices list where you batched invoices by applying the Batch By option. We’ve adjusted the GL field to make room for 8-character-long codes.
Work Orders. Filtering work orders by location name, address, and city didn’t go as expected in some cases. For example, when you filtered WOs by a specific city and then changed the city to another one, the Apply button got disabled preventing you from retrieving service requests for the new city.
