Assets Attributes

Nothing stays the same and this is especially true for assets that your company relies on and uses daily. Therefore, it is expected that at some point you will need to update an assets condition.

title⦿ How to Update an Assets Attributes
  1. Navigate to Asset Manager.
  2. Click the Manage Assets link.
  3. If you have a large list of assets, you can reduce the list by using filters:
    • You can filter by Location, Asset Type, Trade, Condition, Date or Asset ID;
    • Select a filter type; and
    • Select a filter attribute.
  4. Select the asset that you want to modify :Asset Selection ScreenImage Removed
  5. To remove an asset, click the red X;
  6. On the pop-up window, confirm the deletion;                  
  7. To add a similar asset, click the green + sign;
  8. Add the new asset’s attributes, then click the Add Asset link; and
  9. then click the Update linkby clicking the asset's blue link on the left of the asset

  10. On the Asset Details screen, you can update the asset's:
    1. General Asset Info;
    2. Aset Attributes; and
    3. Warranty information
  11. When finished updating the asset, click Save Changes.
