Features and improvements



Time Tracking. Internal technicians can now add notes to any type of activity. Reach out to your ServiceChannel representative to learn more details and enable the feature.

Work Orders. Upon check-out, we no longer ask about the parts used — unless you have the necessary feature turned on.



 

Bug fixes



Locations. Those of you who logged in with a PIN couldn’t find the required location when creating a work order. The list displayed only 50 stores even though you had more. Now locations are loaded correctly.

Refrigerant Tracking Manager. Even though you indicated that you hadn’t used any refrigerants for a work order, the WO showed another answer on the web.

Time Tracking. You could add activities for future dates, which contradicted the business logic. That’s why we’ve disabled this option on the Manage Time tab.

Work Orders. Offline sorting didn’t work, but you couldn’t understand why. Now we show a message saying that sorting is available only when you’re online.

Work Orders. Should your search for a work order bring no results, you now receive a message clearly stating that fact.
