Core modules

Compliance Manager. Welcome the updates to the Compliance Manager top navigation bar design! The redesigned navigation bar offers you a better design and easy navigation to ensure consistency with Service Automation. The More drop-down menu items have been moved to the hamburger menu. Also, the navigation menu will be hidden under the hamburger menu when it is not fully visible.

Dashboard. The Pin WO Note setting has been added under the Override tab of the dashboard settings. Enable it to automatically pin the override note to the work order.

Site Planning Manager. The previously labeled Inspected By filter has been renamed Auditor across various pages for clarity and consistency. This change is reflected in the MS Excel template and applied to the Site Planning Reports page, the site audit details view page, and the pages for creating, editing, and printing PDF versions of audits.

Work Orders. We've added the Labels column to all MS Excel accrual reports. The label associated with a work order will be displayed in this column. If no label is assigned to a work order, the field will remain empty.

Bug fixes




Core modules

Planned Maintenance Manager. In the redesigned Planned Maintenance module, if you accidentally added a deactivated asset to a PM frequency, no error message or informative hint appeared in the Last TN column to alert you to the problem. As a result, the scheduled PM work order for the specified asset wasn’t generated. Now, you will see a hint indicating that the asset is disabled.

Work Orders. The time zone abbreviations were not visible under the Labor Performed section on the Check In/Out tab when you opened the work order details page for the first time. We have carefully returned them to their original place.

Work Orders. Upon editing work orders in bulk, you couldn't save the new scheduled date if the Scheduled Time section was left empty. However, it was unclear that this section was required. To prevent this issue in the future, the Scheduled Time section will now be highlighted with a red border until it is filled in.

Add-on modules

Refrigerant Tracking Manager. While updating the refrigerant type for a child circuit connected to a rack asset on the Asset History > Refrigeration History tab of the asset details view page, you encountered an error message stating that you could not update the refrigerant details. The refrigerant type can now be altered successfully without facing error messages during the process.
